Lowest price guarantee: If you find a competitors website with a lower price on the exact same product we will meet or beat that price. Conditions on our price guarantee: The item you are comparing us to must be new and in stock Prices based on item itself and not part of a package Auctions are not considered comparisons Since we offer free shipping on many items and/or for a specific amount purchased, total price including shipping must be considered. We cannot compete with going out of business sales, liquidation sales or sales below our wholesale costs. Please note that while we do offer very low prices we also offer you much more in the way of customer service. We use all the products we sell and can help you every step of the way. Many times auction or liquation items may be at a very low price but if you are left with an item you don't know how to use or where to go for support it can be frustrating and costly in the long run. Trade in policy: We offer a trade in allowance on grain mills and mixers. This allowance does differ depending on the condition of the item you are trading in. Please contact us for details. Returns: Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer the BEST REFUND/RETURN policy in the business. We realize that purchasing an item like a grain mill or mixer over the internet without actually being able to touch and demo the product is difficult. This is why we have instituted a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of the NEW grain mills and mixers we carry! Please see the refund & return policy guidelines for specifics. Please note our return policy for new grain mills and mixers are different from our return policy on the other products we carry. Returns: New Mixer and Grain mill returns: If you purchase a new grain mill or mixer from us and do not like it, even if you've used it, we will gladly exchange the product, credit your account for purchase of other products or simply return your money. See conditions below. Conditions for returning Grain Mills and Mixers: Returns must be made within 14 days. Does not include used, closeout, or bargain bin grain mills/mixers. Those items are as is and are not returnable. Please be sure that we do NOT accept broken or unacceptable items into our Bargain Bin. Please ship all returns by a traceable method. We are not responsible for items “lost or damaged in shipping”. All returns require prior authorization from Mountain Tops Milling. Just call or email us and we will gladly give you an authorization number. We can not accept any returns without this number. We do not reimburse our incurred shipping costs. Our incurred shipping costs included our shipping and handling costs that Mountain Tops Milling incurred when shipping the product(s) to the customer even though we didn't charge the customer to ship products to them.
Returning Products other than Grain mills and Mixers: Unused product in the original and undamaged carton may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus our incurred shipping costs. Used products may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Books/Tapes are NOT returnable. Conditions for ALL returns: All returns require prior authorization from Mountain Tops Milling. Please contact us prior to all returns. Any merchandise that is returned without prior authorization becomes the property of Mountain Tops Milling and may forfeit any refund. We cannot offer refunds past the 30-day window. Incurred shipping costs: We do not reimburse any of our incurred shipping costs. Please note this includes items that were shipped to you free of charge still had incurred shipping costs to us and these costs will be deducted from your refund. Note: We hope that you research the products that you are purchasing. We are more than happy to assist you but the ultimate decision is yours. If the item doesn't perform to your expectations after the warranty period you may have to pay for repairs yourself. It's always best to really research the items and it's always good to purchase items that have been proven over time. We NEVER will give you advice to purchase a product just to make a sale. However, we have seen over the years that new products look and work great in the beginning but may not be up to our satisfaction after a few years of use. Bank charges : If a check is returned insufficient and we are charged from our bank the customer is liable to pay for the bank charge. If a customer is charged a bank charge due to insufficient funds Mountain Tops Milling will NOT reimburse for any incurred bank charges. Overdue accounts: Payment is requested at the time of purchase. Payments over 30 days will accrue charges of 5% the balance due until paid, unless other arrangements have been made. This does not apply to our layaway plan customers. If a payment goes past 60 days Mountain Tops Milling will put the account into collections and bill the customer for the balance due in addition to any costs in collecting the debt. Warranty claims: Each manufacture have different warranty policy and procedures. These policies may change at any time and it's up to the customer to check out the warranty policy/procedures directly with the manufacture. All warranty work/decisions are up to the different manufacturer's and are not up to Mountain Tops Milling. Please contact the manufacture directly for any warranty issues/repairs. We will be happy to direct you to the proper departments. Please note that in many instances the customer pays to ship the item to the manufacture for repairs. Refused deliveries: Refused deliveries and order cancellations received after merchandise has been shipped are considered “items returned” and will receive a refund minus our incurred shipping charges. For items damaged in shipping please see “shipping”. Exchanges: We do offer exchanges and upgrade programs for grain mills and mixers. Please contact us for details. We can also exchange products that are in their new packaged condition for a full credit minus our incurred shipping costs. Defective Equipment: All defective electronic claims must be taken up with the specific manufactures. For all other defective item claims please contact Mountain Tops Milling within 14 days of purchase. Shipping: The shipping carriers that we use most are: UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. In attempts to keep your shipping costs to a minimum we use the most economical ground shipping to ship our products. If items are in stock we will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Out of stock items are many times dropped shipped directly from the manufacture. We have other shipping options available. If you require expedited shipping please call or email us for specific rates. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Sometimes heavy or oversized items are priced separately. This will be indicated with the price of the item. As always we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75 being shipped in the continental US. Extra charges do apply to Alaska and Hawaii although we will credit you some of the shipping charges to allow you to also receive the benefits of “free shipping”. Please email us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping Damages MUST be reported at the time of delivery. If damages are not reported immediately we may not be able to help you. Please keep all of the damaged items including the packaging and call us. Free shipping is just that FREE ! We do offer free shipping to all orders over $75 unless otherwise noted. If you have placed an order and some of the items are on backorder we reserve the right to hold the shipment until the order is complete. If you would like your items shipped separately there may be a small shipping charge to do so. Please just let us know. Delayed shipments We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours. Sometimes there are delays due to out of stock items, holidays, or unforeseen causes. We DO NOT guarantee a specific date for you to receive your order. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know at the time that you place your order. We will make all attempts to honor this deadline to insure a specific delivery date you may want to specify 2 or 3 day guaranteed delivery. Extra delivery charges will apply. Receipts: Receipts are emailed or mailed for your convenience. Please keep your receipt for future reference. Privacy: We NEVER sell or otherwise disclose customer information to any outside party not directly involved in fulfilling your order Security: Customer credit card information is never transmitted by insecure means. Pricing: Due to price fluctuations from the manufactures our prices are subject to change without notice. Specials are limited to stock on hand. We will price match when we can and if we can verify the price. Please just email or call us with the site that you saw the lower price. Bargain Bin: We inspect all of our Bargain Bin items and will not take damaged or non-working products into our bargain bin. Our bargain bin items are sold as is and are not returnable. Please ask questions before you buy. Bargain bin items are subject to shipping charges. Our bargain bin is a great place for you to sell your gently used products. Please just call or email us for details. Gift Certificates: We offer gift certificates in ANY amount. Our gift certificates do not expire and make GREAT GIFTS!
