This is a great sandwich bread. Roll this dough out and spread honey, cinnamon and raisins/pecans then roll up. This makes a great cinnamon raisin or cinnamon pecan bread.
Use the dough for pizza crust.
Ingredients:
6 cups warm water 1/3 cup honey 1/3 cup oil 2 TBSP yeast 2 TBSP Dough Enhancer 2 TBSP Wheat Gluten 6 cups flour
Let sponge......
Then add 2 TBSP salt Enough flour to clean the sides of the bowl.
Place the first 7 ingredients into your mixing bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until bubbly.
Then add the salt and enough flour to clean the sides of the bowl. The dough should be tacky but not super sticky.
Let knead for 7 minutes on a medium speed.
Take out of mixing bowl and place into prepared bread pans.
Let rise until almost doubled. Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes. Bottom of bread should sound hollow. Internal temp approx. 190 degrees.
