• Kneads up to 15 pounds of 100% whole grain dough at one time! This mixer also handles small loads (1.5 lbs.) of dough very well!
• The large stainless steel bowl has an open bowl design without the tiresome center shaft of other mixers. This mixer is very easy to use and clean
• It features a variable speed control which allows the user to use slow to fast speeds and everything in between.
• Timer. This is invaluable if you are torn in many directions as we are. Just add your ingredients into the mixing bowl and turn on the timer and WALK AWAY! You can feel confident that your mixer will NOT walk off the counter and it WILL stop when the kneading is done. This allows you to attend to the priority tasks at hand.
• The motor is very powerful and do not be fooled by other mixers toting higher "wattage". Remember the watt measurement is just the amount of watts that the mixer pulls from the wall. The higher the watts does NOT mean the better the mixer. This is a common misconception.
• The DLX has a very powerful motor which has a unique sensor in the motor. This will prevent the motor from burning out. If you just need a little bit of power for a cake batter that's all the mixer will give you....if you are doing a heavy bread dough the mixer will give you the power you need to do your heaviest dough's without straining.
